A: Yes. We hold full public liability insurance, and all technicians complete the required safety and compliance training — including working at heights, high-pressure water safety, and chemical awareness.
Q: Is the process safe?
A: Yes — once treatment is complete and the area has been ventilated. Our sanitisation is performed in unoccupied spaces and leaves no chemical residue or harmful by-products.
Q: Do I have to include the full sanitisation treatment, or can I book individual services?
A: You can book standalone services such as steam cleaning, pressure washing, or mould removal. However, our molecular air & surface sanitisation is always performed in unoccupied spaces for health and safety reasons.
Q: Do I need to leave the house during treatment?
A: Yes. No people, pets, or plants should remain inside during the treatment cycle. It’s safe to re-enter 30–60 minutes after ventilation.
Q: How long does a full house treatment take?
A: Most 3-bedroom homes take 3–5 hours, depending on size and the level of mould or odour present.
Q: Will this remove mould completely?
A: Yes — we remove visible mould and neutralise airborne spores. However, if moisture or leaks return, new growth can occur.
Q: Do you use any harsh chemicals?
A: No. All processes are environmentally friendly, chemical-free, and safe once completed.

A: Yes. Driveways, roofs, gutters, and patios can be pressure-cleaned as part of our eco packages or as individual add-ons.
